We want to take you on a strength and fitness journey that will challenge you and help you attain your goals, whether those are to be stronger, lose weight, or simply to improve your general, health, fitness and well-being.

Whatever you want to improve, personal training sessions aren’t about posting pictures of yourself doing a bench press, they’re about enjoying life more and preparing your body for everyday strains.

Getting Started

At the start of your fitness journey, you’ll have an in-depth full-body strength and movement-based assessment so we can understand everything about you: the daily stresses, injuries and obstacles that might be getting in the way of your fitness ambitions.

If you want to lose a bit of weight or run faster, we want to know what’s holding you back and help you overcome those stumbling blocks through targeted plans covering your training and nutritional needs.

We love winning competitions but we also want to unlock what’s really holding you back in your daily life so you can make it better.

Our approach to Personal Training

We take a responsible approach to training and believe that all of our personal training clients deserve an individually-tailored plan, targeting their unique goals and aspirations.

We don’t care if you can pull a van if you can’t pull your socks up without sitting down to do it. We’ll advise you on the best way to care for your body outside the Temple, from what you eat to exercises you can do in your own time.

We have seven qualified personal fitness trainers each with a special area of expertise, including powerlifting, conditioning, calisthenics, weightlifting, sports rehab and martial arts, including MMA, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Boxing, Catch Wrestling, Escrima & BJJ.

Our Personal Training Coaches

Unlike other gyms, all our Personal Trainers go through a strict training process beyond their personal training qualifications.

We continue their professional development through regular workshops and courses, so they keep delivering you the best possible advice and personal training sessions in a safe, healthy and enjoyable setting.
