How to train outdoors with the Commando Temple
Our coaches bring all the benefits of personal training to an outdoor space pre-agreed by you and your coach. And we can bring equipment to the space to work with, like sandbags, kettlebells, calisthenics aids or even barbells.
Whether your goals are to get some headspace away from a home office, to supplement indoor 121 personal training or to kickstart a new, healthier chapter of your life with a strong dose of Vitamin D and endorphins – we’ve got you.
We’ll kick off by assessing where your body is right now in terms of strength and movement. Then just as we would for indoor personal training, we’ll create plans looking at your training and nutritional needs and decide together whether you’d like to be 100% al fresco or mix and match with some sessions in our socially distanced indoor space and some sessions outside.
