We take a responsible approach to training and believe that all of our personal training clients deserve an individually-tailored plan, targeting their unique goals and aspirations.
We don’t care if you can pull a van if you can’t pull your socks up without sitting down to do it. We’ll advise you on the best way to care for your body outside the Temple, from what you eat to exercises you can do in your own time.
We have many qualified personal fitness trainers each with a special area of expertise, including powerlifting, conditioning, calisthenics, weightlifting, sports rehab and martial arts.
