As adults, we need to play outside more. It is really important for mental health. Outdoor training with us, will breathe fresh air into your innovation and creativity. Additionally, we also find that we do some of our best big-picture thinking, in and around these sessions.
Similarly, our clients tell us that outdoor training has paid dividends on not only their physical health and fitness but their mental health and clarity.
Our coaches bring all the benefits of personal training to an outdoor space pre-agreed by you and your coach. And we can bring equipment to the space to work with, like sandbags, kettlebells, calisthenics aids or even barbells.
Whether your goals are to get some headspace away from a home office, to supplement indoor 1-to-1 personal training or to kickstart a new, healthier chapter of your life with a strong dose of Vitamin D and endorphins – we’ve got you.
We’ll kick off by assessing where your body is right now in terms of strength and movement. Then just as we would for indoor programmes, we’ll create plans looking at your training and nutritional needs and decide together whether you’d like to be 100% al fresco or mix and match with some sessions in our gym in South London or the Peak District and some sessions outside.
Our qualified Mountain Leaders have been taking people on bespoke expeditions for 12 years.
