I have over 3 decades of experience with different types of training from kettlebells to Strongman.
I have competed for close to 20 years in 2 different sports, reaching a European and 4 World championships in both.
This experience has given me expertise in the following areas:
- Strongman training and competition preparation
- Strength and hypertrophy training for beginners and experienced trainees,
- Training clients in their 30s or older where recovery is paramount and programming accounts for past injuries, training history and current goals.

This is perfect for technical tune ups as a one off if you are having trouble with a lift.

MONTHLY SESSIONS
Regular one-to-one weekly sessions including programming, paid monthly*.
- 1 x 60-minute sessions per week
- £300 per month
- 2 x 60-minute sessions per week
- £600 per month
- 3 x 60-minute sessions per week
- £900 per month
ONLINE COACHING
- £130 per month(or equivalent in your currency if you live outside the UK)
HYBRID COACHING
- 1 x 60-minute sessions per week
- £210 per month(upgrade to 90 minute coaching session for £35)
*All contracts are priced per calendar month and run for a minimum of 3 months.
