Hi, I’m Tom. I can help you become the strongest, leanest, and most athletic version of yourself. If you want to grow muscle, get leaner – and not only feel strong and healthy, but also have a body that reflects that – I’m your guy.

If you’ve tried and failed before, chances are it’s not from lack of effort, but because you didn’t have the systems and methods you needed to get there. Working with me removes guesswork. I’ll do all the thinking, plan-building and decision-making. All you need to do is show up and work hard, and you’ll radically change how you look and feel.

My training approach is based on simplicity and efficiency. No gimmicks, no nonsense, just the well-tested core principles of training that have consistently gained results during my 12 years of coaching. I’m also an Association for Nutrition (AfN) Certified Nutritionist, so I’m qualified to help people lose body fat through diet alongside physical activity. This way you get the absolute most from each session.

My approach has been tested at the highest level. I’ve helped professional fighters reach specific weights by specific dates, guaranteed – and helped them perform at their peak when it matters most:

With me, everyone is welcome. You could be exercising for the first time since PE, and need a guide to start you on the right track. You may have been going to the gym for years, but never reached the results you wanted. You might even have had a PT before, but want results that last beyond their 8-week before-and-after photoshoot.

I believe the change we work towards should be long-lasting, and that the changes that stick are the ones we can enjoy. Training shouldn’t be something intolerable you suffer through for 8 weeks for a temporary fix. It should be something you learn to love and look forward to. This is the approach we’ll take working together so that you not only get a body you’re proud of but keep training as a lasting and enriching part of your life.
