Hi, I’m Georgia, a personal trainer based in London, passionate about helping people build strength, confidence, and resilience through tailored fitness and nutrition programmes.

My approach is centred on empowering you to unlock your full physical potential, whether you’re new to exercise, looking to enhance your current routine, or recovering from an injury.

I specialise in strength training, calisthenics, pre- and post-natal fitness and parkour, with a strong emphasis on functional movements that translate into real-world strength and mobility.

I understand that every individual has unique goals, lifestyles, and starting points, so I design personalised training plans that focus on sustainable progress.

My goal is not just to help you achieve quick results but to guide you in developing long-term habits that will keep you feeling strong, fit, and confident. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, improve your mobility, or simply feel more capable in your everyday life, I’m here to support you at every step of your fitness journey.

In addition to 1-to-1 personal training, I also offer online coaching – which is included in the price of your in-person sessions. This includes a personalised nutrition plan, weekly check-ins for accountability, and ongoing education on nutrition.

My online clients see the best results because, through the weekly check-ins and nutrition guidance, they begin to understand the why behind what they’re doing. This leads to greater consistency, stronger habits, and quicker results.
