Hi, I’m Georgia, a personal trainer based in London, passionate about helping people build strength, confidence, and resilience through tailored fitness programs. My approach is centred on empowering you to unlock your full physical potential, whether you’re new to exercise, looking to enhance your current routine, or recovering from an injury. I specialise in strength training, calisthenics, and pre- and post-natal fitness, with a strong emphasis on functional movements that translate into real-world strength and mobility.

I understand that every individual has unique goals, lifestyles, and starting points, so I design personalised training plans that focus on sustainable progress. My goal is not just to help you achieve quick results but to guide you in developing long-term habits that will keep you feeling strong, fit, and confident. Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, improve your mobility, or simply feel more capable in your everyday life, I’m here to support you at every step of your fitness journey.

In addition to 1-to-1 personal training, I also run group classes at The Commando Temple in London. If you’re looking to build a strong foundation in bodyweight movements and agility training I teach a Parkour and Calisthenics class every Friday evening from 7:00 to 8:30 pm. In this class, we explore dynamic movement patterns, balance, and body control, incorporating elements of parkour, calisthenics and gymnastics to improve strength, coordination, and flexibility.

Whatever your fitness level, my goal is to make fitness approachable, enjoyable, and effective. Together, we’ll work on achieving your specific goals while ensuring you feel confident and empowered throughout the process. Let’s build a stronger, healthier you, both inside and out.
