From the Greek term for “beautiful strength”, Calisthenics workout excercises are all about mastering your body and bodyweight without the use of expensive gym equipment.
Through sets of push exercises, pulls, presses and squats, this class focuses first and foremost on technique to build the strongest of foundations, along with a full body workout you won’t forget. From there we work towards amazing moves like push ups, muscle ups, levers, handstands, planches and human flags. Our philosophy is: beginners learn the rules, intermediates apply the rules, and the advanced can break the rules. No other training routine provides you with the power, coordination, balance and skill to completely control the movement and form of your body.
Calisthenics exercises work your entire body from chest to legs, helping you to get stronger, lose weight, increase coordination, balance and agility, and learn to move your body in harmony.
Our coaches, have won high praise from people at the top of the Calisthenics field and has a huge amount of knowledge and passion to share with his students. He trained for his Progressive Calisthenics Certification (PCC) under world-famous bodyweight experts Al Kavadlo and Danny Kavadlo, and has assisted in workshops led by London gymnastics coach, Alex Jerrom, a former GB gymnast.
Our coaches take an innovative approach to their training workouts, employing principles and methods from a range of strength training systems to raise the bar and challenge his students in novel ways.
