Rob Blair Military Training

When I first decided to attend the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, having been a civilian all my life with no Military experience and very little physical strength, I immediately knew Something had to change. And that’s whereby luck I came across the Commando Temple website. After no more than two minutes reading Mr. Rob Blair’s description as a Military prep coach I immediately signed up. Fast forward for more than a year, I can confidently testify that the training I received from Rob and the Commando Temple was more than perfect. I am currently finishing my junior term at Sandhurst, every single PT session and or field exercise we had so far, directly mirrored a session I had with Rob Blair.
I remember during my training with Rob thinking that the exercises I was given where sometimes tough and I did not really understand the meaning of them until I joined the army as now I can confidently say that I have done everything the army throws at me with Rob in direct correlation. I cannot empathize this enough, each and every minute I had trained in the Commando Temple was identical to the training I am receiving in the British army, the Commando Temple sessions actually makes army training easy. It is also worth mentioning that during my selection to get into Sandhurst I was required to do 50 push-ups, 60 sit-ups and 2.4k run on 10 mins, when I started with Rob I couldn’t do 10 push-ups and 20 sit-ups, by the time the selection came I was able to do 70 push-ups and 76 sit-ups.
The training given and the Commando Temple is world class and one of a kind, absolutely if it wasn’t for the commando temple I would have never survived day one in the army, the Commando Temple is so unique in Military prep as not only do the team prepare every muscle/tendon in your body for everything the army throws at you, but they also offer one of a kind free mental health support and motivation I have never witnessed in any other training facilities. You also forge lifelong relationships with with staff and trainees outside the realm of business.
A deep thanks to all the staff and to Mr. Rob Blair for getting me here physically and mentally.
