Yes – we provide guidance on nutrition to support your training and lifestyle.
Is this suitable if I’ve had an injury?
Yes – we’ll adapt your programme to your current condition and help you rebuild safely.
Can you help me with weight loss as well as strength?

We offer strength and fitness training to people in the Cty, and we are based very close by in Deptford. A lot of our clients are from the City and we offer flexible plans aroundd their busy schedules
