Hi – I’m Nadine,
I am a Strongwoman Coach, Strength & Conditioning PT and a competing Pro Strong-woman. My goal is to become World’s Strongest Woman!
I changed my life around in 2019 when I got to the point where I was tired of feeling weak, depleted and not able to as much with my children because I kept getting out of breath. I changed my mindset and just went for the big change in how I cared for myself! I took part in HiiT classes and lost 10kg, but felt like something was missing…. And that was lifting heavy and having that crazy endorphin rush! I began training on my own in the gym and documenting my fit-ness journey on Instagram, and I had a lot of feedback from people that I was inspiring them with my journey. I then decided that I wanted to help others who had felt like I had felt, who needed that boost, that kick-start and motivation and that change of mindset to get started on an epic journey to better physical and mental health; and so I became a qualified personal trainer and weight-loss specialist during the Covid lockdown.
As soon as the gyms opened back up in April 2021, I have been helping people turn their lives around too, by smashing goals and achieve amazing things. During 2021 I was told that I should enter a Novice Strongwoman competition because it may be something that I would enjoy and be good at. I entered the competition and just before the competition I became very ill and was in and out of hospital, I had an amazing recovery and was able to walk, talk, and eat properly again.
I was determined to still attend my first competition and I went and came first place. From this experience comes my Strongwoman name“PHOENIX” (rising from the ashes!). Since the first competition, I just fell in love with the sport.There is something about picking up awkward objects and pushing my limits, that I love!
I started competing on the Pro scene in 2022, including competing in “Ultimate Strongman” UKs Strongest Woman Finals and England’s Strongest Woman on TV. I love what I do, and I am inspired to inspire! Becoming a Strongwoman has helped me dis-covermy true passion for helping others overcome their barriers to reach their peak performance potential.I believe in a holistic approach to health, which means that your body is made up of so many different parts, your muscles, your heart, your brain and each one needs to be treated with care if you want it to function at its best. That’s why my coaching style focuses on helping you reach your goals while also caring for all aspects of your life. I encourage my clients to make sure they are taking care of themselves mentally and physically as we work together towards their goals. I’m here for anyone who wants to take the next step towards unlocking their true strength potential by learning how to use their bodies in ways they never thought possible. I believe that everyone has it in them to be stronger and healthier, but sometimes we just need a little guidance to find it.
