I’m a certified Level 2 Parkour Coach and Fitness Instructor, with over ten years’ experience as a Parkour professional.

I’ve been practising for over 18 years. I grew up in Réunion Island, and from a very young age I started going out with my friends to practice Parkour. We didn’t call it Parkour though – we were just playing around with things we’d seen. YouTube wasn’t a big thing yet, and we just went outside every week and practised. Then, when I moved to London I started to get more interested in the academic side and more technical with my practice.

I challenge the people I work with to explore different ways of moving and adapting to their environment – connecting to their inner child and thinking differently. These are all things that we need as we try to adapt quickly to our fast-changing world. Skills like problem solving, mental toughness and teamwork can all directly benefit from the variety of training I provide through Parkour, Strength & Conditioning and Calisthenics.

My method of teaching not only challenges you physically but also mentally, helping you to overcome your fears and build resilience.

I like to incorporate playfulness into my sessions to make them fun and enjoyable. Everybody needs to play. It’s a human need – not just for children. And bodyweight training is something anyone can do. The beauty of it is how completely scalable it is, whether you’re a beginner or an advanced Parkour or Calisthenics practitioner.

In your first session with me, we’ll go over what you’re looking to do and thoroughly review your mobility, coordination and balance. We’ll identify the areas you need to work on and our workouts will be based around these, using natural movement to give you more freedom in your own body. If you’re a complete beginner, don’t be intimidated by what you see on YouTube or Instagram. We’ll break down the basic movements one by one so you can master them on the ground first focusing on things like knee and ankle stability, and hip mobility.

You can meet so many great people practising Parkour – the community is so open and friendly. I’ve run camps in Morzine and trained with other Parkour athletes at all levels abroad and in London. Once you start, you won’t look back.
